The goal of this 3-part training series is to equip you with the tools and solutions to weave employer branding and marketing into your recruitment processes, thus shift the employee and candidate experience from good to great, as we continually address our new world at work. Through interactive learning exercises, you will be able to confidently consult and implement your learnings into the workplace.

  • The FIRST Missing Link – DISCOVER focuses on why recruitment marketing and employer branding matters for you as Recruiters and Talent Specialists. The goal is to shift your transactional methods to that of innovative; highlighting your importance as trusted advisors, marketers and brand ambassadors.
  • The SECOND Missing Link – CREATE involves creating a candidate experience journey through the inclusion of employer branding content at every touchpoint.
  • The THIRD Missing Link – INTEGRATE is geared towards considerations and practices required to communicate your employer brand and execute on recruitment advertising/marketing campaigns via digital/social media tools.
