Our goal

4R Technologies SA was a start-up established to offer Business Process Outsourcing Services to the USA. They required an end-to-end RPO solution. This entailed recruitment advertising/marketing through to recruiting and onboarding of medical and billing collections agents/supervisors and highly specialized IT talent to service their medical/healthcare sector clients in the USA. As an unknown employer brand, we were required to position and market their value proposition and vacancy requirements.

What we did

  • Content creation and design of their recruitment adverts
  • Unpacking of their EVP to stimulate awareness and interest of the BPO market
  • Activation of a multi-channel digital marketing campaign
  • Liaison and securing media channel options with service providers
  • Monitoring and measuring the impact of the campaign
  • Full recruitment process to appointment and onboarding stage

The business impact

As a new entrant in the BPO sector, the client was able to raise awareness and leverage off their newly established employer brand, having successfully placed all their vacancies.
