Upon our client having revamped their Company Brand, they recognized the need to build and align their employer brand and value proposition, to promote a One Brand approach when engaging customers, employees, candidates and supplier stakeholders.

  • Internal Perception Survey through conducting internal focus group workshops across the different sites
  • External Perception Survey through holding one-on-one anonymous telephonic surveys across various segments

Our client received in-depth information, insights and a holistic understanding of how their Employer Brand was perceived both internally and externally. The Group HR Manager took over the project from here with a view to further collaborating with her team and their Marketing and Communications Department to translate  the outcomes into the Group.
