Employer Branding Africa is privileged to be partnering with Zimbabwe’s largest food manufacturer in building their employer brand and value proposition to becoming a recognizable Employer of Choice. National Foods Ltd is a highly respected brand which prides itself in putting food on the table for their nation. They  are renowned for their iconic and home-grown portfolio of brands which they have been supplying  for over the past 100 years.

Skill Requirements 

  • Virtual online training of HR Director, Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing and Communications Director
  • Weekly consultations with Employer Brand Champion and advisory to her Employer Branding Stakeholders Forum and Exco
  • Execution of Employee Engagement Survey
  • Online focus group preparations and facilitation
